Designed for production control, it provides communication with field devices (CPUs) and controls the production process automatically. It provides and manages the information generated: supervision, quality control, production control, data storage, traceability… Sotecontrol has been working with SCADAS for more than 17 years, and we have been adapting to a constant evolution (we have grown with these systems), both in software and in the needs of the industry. Time has already left those SCADAS systems that were dedicated to a specific task of machine control in the background, to progress to distributed systems from which an entire production plant is supervised..

Integration with Enterprise Resource Planners (ERP) All the systems that make up a production process must be integrated. Regardless of the system, manufacturer or task to be performed, communication between systems must be fluid, complete and in real time. Sotecontrol integrates SCADAS and Management Systems with the most common ERPs, such as SAP, AS/400, BaaN or through any standard protocol: CSV, SGBD, COM.
